<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I put figures like that on stands. Too bad some of the worst ones (she-spawn 2 comes to mind) don't have pegholes in their feet. I know there are those who drill pegholes in figures like that, but I don't want to risk doing that lest I fuck the figure up.

The worst ones for falling are the toybiz LOTR figures. Their joints get so damned loose after a while that frequent falling seems impossible to avoid. The only ones I have that are still standing without problem after months of display is the small version of treebeard, and the crossbow uruk-hai. Even the king of the dead figure that CM sent me a couple of months ago is starting to wilt at the knees and ankles.
